Work continues on onboarding new employees at the Medical Center Hospital

Work on the adaptation of new employees continues at the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Within the mentoring program, Chief Mentor Saule Kisikova delivered an introductory presentation on the Hospital’s activities titled “Welcome Book”. During the meeting, newly recruited staff became familiar with the institution’s structure, its main areas of work, and corporate values. From January 1 to February 27, 2026, the presentation was attended by 17 employees of the administrative and managerial staff and the engineering and maintenance division.

The meeting also discussed work with employees who completed their probation period in December 2025. Second-category mentors shared how the adaptation of new employees had taken place. Head of the Information Systems Sector of the IT Department Nurkanat Kenzhegaliev and Head of the Communications and Telecommunication Systems Sector Manarbek Iskendirov shared their experience. They noted that during the mentoring period, special attention is given not only to professional training, but also to the development of corporate culture, responsibility for the common goal, and team collaboration.

In addition, employees who successfully completed their probation period also spoke at the meeting. They shared their impressions of working in the team and their experience of adapting to the Medical Center Hospital.
