“HEALTH FOR ALL!”

In honor of the founding of the World Health Organization since 1950, April 7 has been annually celebrated as World Health Day. 

World Health Day is a global campaign that aims to bring health and health care issues to the attention of everyone on the planet.

The year 2023 marks the 75th anniversary of the founding of the WHO and World Health Day is celebrated under the motto “Health for All!”, which means good health and a full life for everyone in a prosperous and sustainable world without wars and conflicts.


“HEALTH” according to the WHO charter is a state of complete physical, mental and social well-being, not just the absence of disease and physical defects. The level of health depends on the level of health and medical care by only 8 to 10%. 

To the greatest extent (50%), health depends on our lifestyle. The most complete interconnection between lifestyle and health is reflected in the concept of "Healthy Lifestyle".


A healthy lifestyle is a person's way of life aimed at preserving and strengthening health:

  • healthy eating
  • physical activity
  • avoiding tobacco and alcohol abuse
  • developing stress tolerance/mental health
  • healthy sleep
  • communication skills

It is important to understand that these behaviors are changeable!

Health is a key value for everyone!

It is prestigious to be healthy!

Healthy eating and being physically active is a way of life!
