Anti-Corruption Compliance

In order to ensure compliance with the norms of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan “On Countering Corruption” #410-V dated November 18, 2015, the performance of anti-corruption compliance functions was assigned to Arystanbek Yeszhanov, the Specialist of anti-corruption compliance by the Order #4965 of the Hospital Director dated December 1, 2023.

Anti-Corruption Compliance exercises its powers independently of the executive body, officials of the Hospital, is accountable to the Hospital Director, and is independent in ensuring compliance with the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan on combating corruption. The competence and performance of the anticorruption compliance are determined by an internal act of the Hospital.

Reporting of corruption offenses

If you have encountered corrupt practices on the part of employees, patients of the Hospital or have become an unwitting witness to unlawful corrupt practices:

You can report on corruption offense in the following ways:

1) by contacting the Call Center 70-78-80 (extension No. 71-77);

2) in writing to the postal address: RSE “Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan” on REU, building 2, E 495, Astana city

3) by sending email to Yeszhanov@bmc.mcudp.kz
