Training "From competence to expert level. The development of best practices in the field of nursing through Finnish mentoring"

Based on the Medical Center Hospital of PAA of the RK (hereinafter - Hospital) from 5 to 16 September 2016 there was a training (mentoring) "From competent to expert level. The development of best practices in the field of nursing with Finnish coaching" with the participation of the international consultant from the University of Applied Sciences LAMK (Lahti, Finland) Ms. Kivinen Tiina Eveliina - nurse expert, Master degree in Medical Sciences (Master of Science - Health Care), registered nurse-RN.

Within two weeks, foreign consultants have been working on the analysis of practical knowledge and skills of senior nurses on the basis of international experience. During mentoring the lecture were organized, seminars and workshops, based on international practice.

Upon completion of this activity, colleagues from Finland made recommendations for the further development of nursing in the Medical Centre Hospital of PAA of the RK.
