Medical Days of the Medical Center of the President's Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the Turkestan Region

On February 25-26, 2026, Medical Days of the Medical Center of the President's Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan will be held in the Turkestan Region. The delegation includes more than twenty highly qualified physicians and medical specialists representing various clinical disciplines. During the visit, they will provide specialist consultations to patients and deliver necessary medical care. The primary objectives of the visit are to introduce and implement advanced medical technologies in regional healthcare institutions, promote disease prevention, ensure timely diagnosis and effective treatment using modern clinical approaches, and strengthen scientific and clinical collaboration between healthcare professionals.

The delegation from the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan includes: Rinat Kamiev, arrhythmologist of surgical department No. 5; Abylai Seitkaliev, vascular surgeon and head of surgical department No. 7; Amir Suleimenov, proctologist of surgical department No. 4; Nazira Alibayeva, cardiologist of surgical department No. 5; Galymzhan Zholdanbayev, neurologist of primary health care department No. 1; Kuantkan Zhabagin, PhD, associate professor, senior physician of the Nuclear Medicine Center, nuclear medicine physician and oncologist; Aisha Barlybayeva, leading specialist of the department of professional education; Altyn Nurpeissova, head of the clinical pharmacology department; and Adil Adreshev, obstetrician-gynecologist of surgical department No. 8.

The Hospital’s specialists will conduct clinical master classes in regional healthcare institutions, provide practical and consultative methodological support, and perform advanced surgical procedures.
