Team Introduction and Onboarding: Meeting with New Hires at the Medical Center Hospital of the PAA of the RK

A meeting for recently hired employees was held at the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Chief Mentor Saule Kisikova introduced the new staff to the organization’s structure, mission, and corporate values, and walked them through the prepared presentation materials. The session was attended by medical professionals hired between October 21 and November 20, 2025, as well as administrative, managerial, engineering, and facilities management staff employed from October 1 to November 25.

Deputy Director for Surgery Shpekov delivered a lecture on the fundamental principles of medical ethics and deontology, highlighting the importance of professional responsibility and respect for patients.

Furthermore, the meeting addressed the results of the onboarding process for employees who completed their probationary period between July 22 and August 21. Mentors presented the outcomes of their work, focusing on key aspects of professional adaptation and the integration of new specialists into the corporate culture. Employees who successfully completed their probation also shared their experiences, offered feedback, and provided recommendations for enhancing the onboarding process.

The meeting contributed to strengthening team cohesion and fostering corporate culture. The Medical Center Hospital of the PAA of the RK remains committed to refining its mentorship program, which is aimed at training and supporting specialists who meet high professional standards.
