Nursing School of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan Held a Seminar in Kostanay Region

The Nursing School and the Department of Professional Education of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan conducted a training seminar for chief and senior nurses at the Kostanay Regional Hospital on the topic of “Hospital Service.”
During the seminar, participants were introduced to the Hospital’s advanced practices in ensuring safe and high-quality medical services. Theoretical aspects of medical service science were explored in detail, including the importance of internal service standards. Special attention was given to collecting patient feedback as a key tool for enhancing patient-centered care.
The Hospital’s Chief Nurse, Lyazzat Akhmedinova, shared insights gained from international clinics where the Hospital’s nurses had completed internships.
Participants noted the high level of organization and the proactive learning format of the seminar. Modern educational approaches were applied throughout the sessions, including role-plays, business games, problem-based learning, brainstorming, video presentations, and discussion sessions. Each attendee had the opportunity to develop their service-related competencies and practice essential soft skills.
At the conclusion of the seminar, participants expressed their appreciation to the organizers and recommended that similar training events be held on a regular basis.
