Medical Center Hospital of the President’s affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan for 10 months of 2024 provided care to more than 25 thousand patients

The multidisciplinary hospital of the Medical Center of the President’s affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan actively provides medical care to citizens both within the framework of state programs and on a paid basis.

During the reporting period, 4,063 patients were treated in the hospital's inpatient department under the compulsory medical insurance system. In addition, 5,772 people sought medical assistance on a paid basis.

In the first 10 months of 2024, the hospital specialists performed 3,816 operations under the mandatory health insurance system, as well as 1,916 surgical interventions for patients who applied on a commercial basis, which indicates a high level of confidence in the quality of medical services.

The most popular among patients are cardiology, internal medicine and ENT departments.

In addition, more than 170 thousand medical services were provided in the outpatient department of the Hospital.

During the same period, the Nuclear Medicine Center of the Hospital performed diagnostics for 8223 patients using PET/CT and BFECT/CT within the state programs. Another 1,698 people were examined on a paid basis.

In addition to medical care, the hospital actively participates in technology transfer and training of specialists in the regions of the country. Within the framework of the “Days of the Medical Center of the PAA RK” campaign, which has been held for two years, the hospital specialists transfer their experience to regional doctors and modern methods of diagnostics, treatment of diseases.

Highly qualified doctors in the fields of epileptology, allergology, arrhythmology, cardiology, gastroenterology, neurosurgery and other specialties visit the regions of the country, where they conduct free consultations, surgeries, as well as educational events - lectures, seminars and practical master classes.

To date, the Hospital delegations have visited 13 regions of Kazakhstan. Together with colleagues, they have provided consultative-diagnostic and medical assistance to more than 2.5 thousand patients performed about 250 operations, of which about 70 are unique.
