Mentorship and Adaptation Support for New Employees Discussed at the Medical Center Hospital

At the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, a meeting was held with newly hired employees. The main purpose of the event was to introduce new staff to the hospital’s activities and help them integrate smoothly into the team. The meeting was attended by medical professionals, administrative staff, and engineering and support personnel hired between January 1 and February 20, 2026. A total of 49 employees participated.
Chief Mentor Saule Kisikova conducted an introductory presentation, outlining the hospital’s structure, key areas of activity, and corporate values.
Deputy Director for Clinical Care, Nazgul Kulmyrzayeva, spoke about medical ethics and deontology, emphasizing the importance of attentive patient care, professional responsibility, and adherence to high standards of professional medical practice.
Information was also shared about employees who completed their probation period in November 2025. Presentations on mentorship and onboarding were delivered by Head of the Consultative and Diagnostic Department Almagul Smagulova, Head of the Central Sterilization Department Erkinbek Momynbek, and Head of Therapeutic Department No. 1 Aliya Bisengaliyeva.
Employees who successfully completed their probation period shared their impressions of their first months at the hospital: Ulzhan Balmashova, a nurse in the Surgical Department No. 3 procedure room, and Takhmina Zhailaubaeva, a nurse in the Functional Diagnostics Department.
Head of Human Resources, Ruslan Kabdulinov, noted that such meetings help new employees adapt more quickly, strengthen team interaction, and contribute to the development of the hospital’s corporate culture.
