The business trip of doctors from the Medical Center Hospital of the PAA of the Republic of Kazakhstan to the Turkestan region has been completed

As part of the “Days of the Medical Center of the PAA of the RK”, qualified doctors from the Medical Center Hospital of the PAA of RK successfully performed 8 complex operations, 182 medical consultations and gave 19 lectures to 486 medical workers during a working trip to the Turkestan region.

In particular, the Deputy Director for Surgery of the MC Hospital of the PAA of the RK, neurosurgeon of the highest category Mynzhylky Berdikhodzhayev performed a complex operation on two residents of the region to embolize a giant aneurysm of the left internal carotid artery with a flow-changing stent and stenting a narrowing of cerebral vessels, and also consulted 20 patients. Chief of the Department for Arrhythmology, Chief Arrhythmologist, Professor Ayan Abdrakhmanov performed 3 operations to implant a pacemaker with stimulation of the left bundle branch at the Shymkent Heart Center, 2 operations to implant a pacemaker and a cardioverter-defibrillator in the Turkestan Regional Hospital and provided consultations to 10 residents of the region. A lecture was also given on the topic “Interventional treatment of cardiac arrhythmias,” in which 30 cardiologists and residents of the region took part.

In addition, the chief urologist of the Department for Urological Surgery, Professor Yerlan Yensebayev, successfully performed an operation - adenomectomy in a patient with a giant gland size, and consulted 20 residents of the region. 

The Hospital's chief cardiologist, Aliya Zholdasbekova, consulted 21 patients and conducted a seminar for 44 doctors at the city hospital. The chief oncologist Nazar Seydalin held medical consultations for 35 residents of the region and gave 3 presentations for 48 colleagues from the region.

Vascular surgeon of the Department for Vascular Surgery Talgat Sarsembayev provided medical consultations to 35 patients, cardiac surgeon of the Department for Cardiac Surgery Yerlan Deneyev – to 15 patients, epileptologist Guldana Zhumabayeva – to 16 patients. Allergist at the Allergy Center Dauren Tashenov addressed to general practitioners and therapists the lecture “Patophysiology of allergic diseases taking into account a personalized approach. Targeted diagnosis and treatment" and accepted 10 patients.

Deputy Director for Clinical Work of the MC Hospital of the PAA of the RK Raushan Karabayeva conducted a total of 4 master classes (28 participants) on the topics: “Rational use of bed capacity”, “Antibacterial therapy of sepsis. Antibiotic resistance"; 2 seminars (71 participants) on the topics: “Organization and work of the Clinical and Pharmacological Department. Monitoring the rational and effective use of medicines”.

In addition, the Chief of the polyclinic department at the Medical Center Hospital of the PAA of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Aigul Satybayeva, held a seminar for 40 colleagues in the region on the topic: “Modern capabilities of the outpatient service of the Medical Center Hospital of the PAA of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Work of the Check-up department." The Chief of the Laboratory for personalized genomic diagnostics, Gulshara Abildinova, gave lectures to a total of 40 employees on the topics: “Modern methods for diagnosing genetic pathology” and “Genetic studies in cancer for the selection of targeted drugs”.

Also, anesthesiologist-resuscitator of the department of anesthesiology, resuscitation and intensive care, Asem Karibaeva, conducted a master class for 28 participants on the topic: “Sepsis. Review of international recommendations". A doctor at the Center for Nuclear Medicine, Akbala Bekzalbek, gave 2 lectures to 119 doctors of various fields on the topic: “Modern capabilities of nuclear medicine (PET, SPECT)”.

During a working trip to the Turkestan region, a Memorandum of mutual cooperation was signed between the Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and the regional akimat.
