Employees of the MC Hospital of the PAA of the RK took part in mass exercises organized in honor of World Health Day

On the eve of World Health Day, the Center for the Formation of a Healthy Lifestyle of the MC Hospital of the PAA of the RK held mass exercises for hospital employees at a hospital-wide planning meeting.

The training was conducted by a rehabilitation specialist at the Rehabilitation Center Eduard Varushkin. The exercise participants repeated all the trainer’s instructions, which helped them to cheer up, increasing their motivation and performance.

The theme of this year's World Health Day is “My Health, My Right”. WHO experts emphasize that every person has the right to have access to quality health services, education and information, as well as safe drinking water, clean air, nutritious food, quality housing, decent work and environmental conditions, and freedom from discrimination.

- The health of an individual and society as a whole depends on many social, natural and biological factors, and is determined 20% by the environment, 20% by heredity, 50% by lifestyle, and only 10% of it depends on the health care system. Therefore, responsibility for one’s health lies primarily with the person himself, emphasizes Gulnar Turdynova, a methodologist at the Center for the Formation of a Healthy Lifestyle.

Health and a healthy lifestyle are the main values of a person, giving a joyful feeling of one’s existence in this world.
