Results of doctors’ working visit to Kostanay region: 13 surgeries, 28 medical consultations, 17 lectures

Visit of doctors from Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan to Kostanay region, which was held on August 21 – 24 within the framework of event “Days of Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan in Kostanay region” has come to an end.

Leading doctors of the Hospital had provided 28 medical consultations to population in neurosurgery, arrhythmology, endoscopy. Neurosurgeon Mynzhylky Berdikhodzhhayev and Ayan Abdrakhmanov, Chief Arrhythmologist, had successfully performed 13 surgeries, training region’s doctors.

17 presentations, practical lessons and master classes had been held as part of scientific-practical part of visit’s programme. The lectors included: Raushan Karabayeva, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Associate Professor, Deputy Director for Clinical Care; Altyn Nurpeisova, Head of Clinical-Pharmacological Department; Gulshara Abildinova, Doctor of Medical Sciences, Chief of Hospital’s Personalized Genomic Diagnostics Laboratory; Nazar Seidalin, Candidate of Medical Sciences, Chief Oncologist; Arsen Tusupbayev, Chief of Endoscopy Department, Baurzhan Babashev, Chief of Anesthesiology, Reanimation and Intensive Care Unit.

As a result of working visit, a Memorandum on Mutual Cooperation had been signed between Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan and Kostanay region Akimat, that will enable region’s residents to receive free of charge medical consultations, sanatorium-resort care and medical rehabilitation services and, if necessary, treatment for severe patients. Besides, the agreement provides for sharing experience in training region’s medical personnel in innovative technologies, diagnostics, treatment and rehabilitation, as well as implementation of new medical technologies.

It is worth mentioning, that personnel of Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan plans to conduct several more working visits to other regions of the Republic in this year
