Health is a key component of human capital

A discussion meeting was held at the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan on the speech of the Head of State Kassym-Jomart Tokayev at the opening of the first session of the Parliament of the VIII convocation.

The chief consultant of the apparatus of the Central Election Commission of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Doctor of Political Sciences, Professor Venera Zheksembekova came to the meeting with the staff of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, who spoke with the theme “The new political context” and noted the important role of health workers in the development of the country.

- “Another key component of human capital development is an effective health care system. It is necessary to improve the country’s medical infrastructure.  Its current state raises a lot of complaints. The state is gradually solving these issues,” said our President, specifying the specific task. “We are also sparing no effort, working towards providing the population with quality medical care,” said Venera Zheksembekova.

Chairman of the primary party organization “Densaulyk” Gulzhan Iskakova presented a plan for meetings, round tables at the dialogue platform with the participation of experts, lawyers in the further political modernization of Kazakhstan. They touched on the topic of creating a system of social protection for employees of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, improving the legal protection and credibility of doctors, improving the quality of health care, the introduction of digital solutions and others.
