Top managers of Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan participated in conference on effective implementation of digital technologies in HR

Conference “Harmony of HR and digital technologies: Innovations for successful teams”, organized by Center for medical technologies and information systems under Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan has been held today at the Presidential Center.

Event was attended by Alexey Tsoy, Head of Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Rustam Albayev, Director of Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, Sangul Tugumova, Chief of the Human Resources Management Department of Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan, as well as top-managers of state authorities, large medical institutions, giant companies, HR and IT-experts, business-mentors.

Such actual issues as managing team through motivation, forecasting and eliminating causes of professional instability, corporate culture, digital hygiene, managing team’s emotional attention were discussed within the framework of the conference.
