APPOINTMENT OF THE DIRECTOR OF THE MEDICAL CENTER HOSPITAL OF THE PRESIDENT’S AFFAIRS ADMINISTRATION OF THE REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN

On October 31, 2022, Rustam Albayev was appointed as the Director of the Medical Center Hospital of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

Rustam Albayev a graduate of the Akmola State Medical Academy. He is the Candidate of Medical Science, Master of Business Administration in Medicine and Bolashak Scholarship Recipient.

In different years he worked in city hospitals as the surgeon, cardiac surgeon, acted as the head of the public health department of Shymkent city during the emergency state. Further, he continued his career as the head of the Department for medical and preventive care of the Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic, Chief Medical Inspector of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

From August 2021 to October 2022, he was the head of the Central Clinical Hospital of the Medical Center of the President’s Affairs Administration of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
