MASTER CLASS IN TRAUMATOLOGY WITH A FAMOUS PROFESSOR FROM TURKEY IS HELD AT THE PRESIDENTIAL HOSPITAL

Today, a delegation of the Turkish clinic “Medicabil” paid an official visit to the Presidential Hospital. During the visit, in order to implement the project “Clinic in Clinic” signed a partnership agreement with the Turkish clinic “Medicabil” on mutual exchange of experience in the use of innovative medical technologies in traumatology and orthopedics.

On June 24-25 of this year, orthopedic trauma surgeons at the Presidential Hospital will conduct a demonstration master class with famous Medicabil professor Omer Farouk Bilgen, a leading expert on robotic surgery in orthopedics.

During the meeting, Director of the Presidential Hospital Valery Benberin noted the importance of the “Clinic in Clinic” project, which gives specialists the opportunity to share experience and applied technologies. Thanks to the cooperation, a number of operations on complex primary prosthetics of the hip joint for congenital dislocations will take place based on the Presidential Hospital. A visiting specialist and orthopedists of the Presidential Hospital will share their accumulated experience, and they will conduct joint reception of trauma patients based on the Hospital, which requires a multidisciplinary approach.

Also during the master class with Omer Farouk Bilgen, lectures will be presented to traumatologists of the capital’s clinics - Research Institute of Traumatology and Orthopedics named after academician Batpenov, the Municipal Utility Service Oncology Center, and others.
